We offer engine rebuild services as well as upgrades for owners of Porsche 911 Carrera, Boxster and Caymans that come equipped with both the 9A1 3.8L engine and 9A2 4.0L engine.
Rebuild services as well as revisions to the engine's intake, exhaust and displacement are available in the form of:

3.8L ENGINE CONVERSION: Assumes new or remanufactured 3.8L engine from Porsche Cars North America and ALL labor to remove the existing engine, convert the new 3.8L to Cayman / Boxster fitment, prepare the new 3.8L for installation, road test to ensure drivability, prepare the original engine for core return to Porsche and all required shipping costs.
4.2L BIG BORE CONVERSION (Requires 3.8L ENGINE CASE PLATING): Includes OEM Porsche 3.99L stroker conversion parts, BGB custom designed pistons for 4.0L or 4.2L cylinder bores, connecting rods, bearings, gaskets/seals and hardware.
